At OPX Partners, we strive to create a culture of understanding. An important part of this effort is supporting team members in their ambition to have the career they want while at the same time being the parent they want to be. To enable this, we offer all full-time employees at OPX Partners access to our Parental Package.

The Parental Package complements our existing parental leave policy and consists of three main parts: (i) Safeguarding Family Time; (ii) Advice to Parents; and (iii) Support Services.

Women mentorship program

Every female colleague is offered to join the program, and thereby get a female mentor to support in getting tools to advance their careers. The mentors are more senior high-performing individuals, either at OPX Partners or from our network, including roles such as PE professionals, CEOs, and other C-suite professionals.

A tight network between high-performing women will create a better foothold to thrive in a currently male-dominated industry, ultimately resulting in a more balanced work force and work environment. Our mentorship program provides an opportunity to grow your network, get inspired from other career paths and learn from others’ successes and mistakes - hopefully resulting in long lasting valuable relation for both mentors and mentees.
