For experienced professionals with a Procurement and Supply Chain background we offer positions within OPX Partners Operations Team. The Operations Team is dedicated to solving complex strategic problems and drive improvement initiatives within Procurement and Supply Chain Management for our clients. It is a specialist team with emphasis on practical experience from line roles, that offer hands on support to realize results for our clients.

We are always looking for experienced professionals. For recent graduates, the deadline to apply for full-time associate positions is October 8th. We continuously accept applications from students to our eight-week internships with flexible starting dates (VT24, HT24, and VT25).

Competence development

People development is at the core of everything we do. This is why every consultant has his/her own Career Development Advisor to support the individual path, and help leverage the individual strengths. Three contexts are key to a steep learning curve in a safe setting:

  • On the job training – undoubtedly, being part of a team, working side by side with senior colleagues and clients, is what forms a good problem-solver and trusted advisor
  • Training program – for new associates, the first year is designed to gradually build the toolbox. The trainings continue at all levels to prepare for taking on new roles at OPX Partners
  • Ad hoc trainings on a per-needs basis – when there is need for special skills or knowledge, preparing for a special occasion, or when developing our offering, we make sure to find the support needed to develop it
